Resident Artist

James is a talented artist who combines his passions for poetry and painting with glasswork. He trained under three renowned local legends and excels in translating inspiration into original pieces of poetry on glass. His work explores themes such as love and loss, soul and sacrifice, and he brings them to life through his art.

Born in Songtan, South Korea in 1963, James speaks three languages and uses his multicultural heritage to explore the "4 tenets of existence - mind, body, heart, and soul" in his art. He holds a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird and has multiple accreditations in applied communications.

James' work is exhibited in Washington state, Las Vegas, and South Korea, with installations in private collections across North America and northeast Asia.
